Imagine the task of engaging more than 80,000 fans on a football Sunday at Lambeau Field. Or how about engaging more than 5.4 million fans around the world on Facebook. Those are just a couple of the challenges that Gabrielle Dow faces as Vice President of Marketing and Fan Engagement for the Green Bay Packers.

Dow has more than 22 years of experience in professional sports, entertainment and venues, including eight years with the Baltimore Ravens as VP of Marketing before joining the Packers organization in 2014. She’s also spent time marketing the NHL’s Florida Panthers and NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers as well as the Staples Center, Kodak Theatre and The Forum.

During her time with the Packers, Dow and her team have enhanced the gameday experience with a variety of new elements at Lambeau Field, including the use of pyrotechnics and revamped music selections, along with “Get Loud Lambeau” fan-engagement campaign. She’s also introduced a new fan spirit initiative, “Green and Gold Friday.”
